• The slide is intended for children ages 3 to 10 years old only.
• Maximum weight: 250 lbs (113 kg).
• Adult supervision is required at all times while children are using the slide.
• Only one child may use the slide at a time.
• Always slide feet first while sitting upright. Climbing up the slide or using it head first is prohibited.
• Do not jump from the slide or use it for rough play.
• Shoes, socks with slippery soles, toys, blankets, and other objects should not be used on the slide.
• Guests use the slide at their own risk and are responsible for supervising children in their party.
• If you notice any damage or instability, discontinue use immediately and notify us.

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

UPS, DHL and FEDEX will leave it at the door step. HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee. FOOD: As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence, all food items will be removed after the guest checks out. TRASH DISPOSAL: Please place trash in the resort dumpster daily to keep a clean home. PACK-AND-PLAY AND HIGH CHAIR NEED TO BE REQUESTED AT LEAST 72 HOURS BEFORE CHECK-IN. Requests after 72 hours before check-in will be charged $50 to have them assembled. We don't provide pool towels * Rental Agreement should be filled out and signed prior to check in. If this form is not completed properly and returned at least 48 hours prior to arrival, check-in information will not go out. There is a security deposit ($300.00).
